BG2V’s real estate department, led by Quentin Leroux, supports a clientele of institutional investors (listed or unlisted real estate companies, OPCIs, insurance companies), investment funds, family offices, financial institutions, real estate developers and users in the context of complex real estate transactions:

  • Acquisition and disposal of real estate assets (isolated assets or portfolio of assets) or of shares in predominantly real estate companies, sale and lease back;
  • Acquisition of a stake in companies predominantly in real estate, joint ventures;
  • Development operations (VEFA, property development contracts, project management assistance contracts, delegated project management);;
  • Financing and refinancing (borrower side).

BG2V also works in the field of asset management (asset and property management, marketing mandates, sales mandates, etc.) and very regularly assists owners and users in their rental relationships (drafting and negotiation of leases, deeds of transfer, actions for fixing the rent, etc.).

The real estate department works in synergy with all the departments of the firm and in particular with the tax, litigation and corporate departments.
