BG2V, with partner Quentin Leroux and associate Woody Guirand, advised Vailog (a subsidiary of Segro) in the drafting and negotiation of a lease in the future state of completion for a double-storey logistics warehouse located in the Port of Gennevilliers. This new generation platform will house IKEA France on 50,000 m2 and will enable the latter to supply Paris and the western part of the Paris region.
