and the implementation of strict regulatory measures.<\/p>\n

In the first part of the study, an overview of the legislative arsenal of furnished rentals precedes the presentation of the problems specific to each category of furnished rental, starting with a first part devoted to furnished rentals under common law, necessarily the tenant\u2019s principal residence.<\/p>\n

The second part deals with \u201cshort-term\u201d furnished rentals.
