The law for the freedom to choose one’s professional future (n°2018-771), mostly validated by the Constitutional Council, has been published in the Official Journal (06.09.18). This law introduces new obligations in terms of the fight against sexual harassment and sexist conduct, which will come into force on a date to be set by decree and no later than January 1, 2019.
