Woody Guirand, 33, has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014. He started his career at Linklaters LLP before joining BG2V at the end of 2015. He holds a Master 2 in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris VIII Vincennes-Saint-Denis and a Master 2 in Real Estate Financing and Investment Law from the University of Cergy-Pontoise. Since 2017, Woody Guirand has been a lecturer in the Master 2 in Real Estate Financing and Investment Law at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, leading the seminar on “Drafting practices of real estate contracts”.
