The Quiétalis group, owned by Pléiade Investissement, specialises in the installation and maintenance of professional kitchen equipment for the catering industry.
BG2V advised it in its acquisition of Fracim, a company based in the Paris region, from its founding partners.
This is the third time that BG2V has advised the Quiétalis Group on its external growth, after having advised it on the acquisition of Sopreco and the Rescotech / SFECC group.
