BG2V advised CDC INVESTISSEMENT IMMOBILIER and SOCIÉTÉ GÉNÉRALE ASSURANCES on the establishment of a partnership, alongside Batipart Europe and QuinSpark, for the acquisition from Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing of the company that owns the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel hotel.
