Our Ukrainian Department also assists Ukrainian companies and entrepreneurs, in their native language, with their development challenges in France, whether they have been operating on the French market for some time or are about to enter it.
A significant portion of our firm’s clientele is international, and the majority of our work, whether advisory or litigation, now involves cross-border aspects.
To meet these demands, all our lawyers are proficient in at least one language other than their native tongue, and many have received training abroad in addition to their education in France. Some are also admitted to foreign bars, including the New York Bar.
Moreover, we have chosen to establish a network of correspondents in numerous countries who uphold the same standards of quality as we do. This allows us to recommend and collaborate with the foreign law firm that best suits the specific needs of each case
IR Global
With this in mind, we joined the multi-disciplinary IR Global network in 2018, which helps us to guarantee the same quality of service throughout the world, as this network has selected, by subject, competent lawyers in each country, in over 100 countries.
We are the only French representative of this network with expertise in M&A, litigation and real estate. We have no exclusivity with its members, and if another firm seems to us to be better placed to handle a particular case, we would recommend that firm. Generally speaking, we try to offer our clients at least two firms so that they have a choice of structures that are similar to ours.
