BG2V has advised MOUNTPARK, a leading developer of industrial and logistics buildings, on the development of a distribution centre on its 23-hectare site in Illiers-Combray (Chartres).

The chosen developer, BEG Ingénierie, has already begun construction of the building, which is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. It will be equipped with AMAZON’s latest robotics technology and is expected to create almost 1,000 jobs in the Centre-Val de Loire region.
