The Public Law team advises on M&A transactions and the restructuring of companies operating classified facilities, as well as on the sale of real estate assets and the operation or transfer of such facilities.
In this context, our team regularly carries out environmental audits and participates in the structuring of these transactions, as our lawyers have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating acquisition documents and related guarantees.
