Mergers and Acquisitions / Private Equity

Our objective: to secure and optimize your strategic operations

We dedicate a team of five partners specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private equity to assist you in the analysis and processing of your corporate finance transactions, with the ultimate goal of the success of your projects and the creation of value.

We put our expertise at the service of a wide variety of clients, ranging from start-ups to multinationals, whether listed or not, particularly for transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, mergers, contributions or fundraising. Thus, we have, for example, major industrial groups in our portfolios, investment funds and a number of technology companies.

Our lawyers have a strong economic culture due to their training in major business schools (HEC, ESSEC), in prestigious French and foreign universities and also within renowned companies (IBM, Crédit Lyonnais, Groupe Casino , etc.). These experiences enrich our expertise. We are also able to support you during transactions on the financial markets (IPO, securities issues, etc.).

Our practitioners working in synergy, the Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity team can then seek the assistance of the firm’s lawyers specializing in tax, social, IP/IT or real estate law in order to provide a comprehensive response.
