Our team of five partners specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private equity is dedicated to assisting you in the analysis and processing of your equity transactions, with the aim of successfully completing your projects and creating value.

We offer our expertise to a wide range of clients, from start-ups to multinationals, whether listed or not specializing in transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, mergers, contributions or fundraising. Major industrial groups, investment funds and many technology companies all form part of our roster of clients.

Our team has an excellent understanding of economics, due to their training at leading business schools (such as HEC and ESSEC), prestigious French and foreign universities and their work experience at renowned companies (IBM, Crédit Lyonnais, Groupe Casino, etc.). This experience enriches our expertise. We are also able to assist you in financial market operations (IPO, securities issues, etc.).

As our associates have a close working relationship, allowing the Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity team to call on the support of the firm’s lawyers specializing in tax, employment, IP/IT or real estate law in order to provide a comprehensive response.
