Our Mergers & Acquisitions team supports you in your strategic equity transactions: M&A and restructuring. Thanks to the full range of our expertise, we are able to advise our clients upstream of the planned transaction (in particular on tax structuring and due diligence), right through to completion and any subsequent steps, including litigation.

We dedicate a team of five partners specialising in mergers and acquisitions to assisting you in analysing and handling your equity transactions, with the aim of ensuring the success of your projects and creating value.

We offer our expertise to a wide range of clients, from start-ups to multinationals, both listed and unlisted. For example, our portfolios include major industrial groups, investment funds and many technology companies.

Our lawyers have a strong economic culture as a result of their training at leading business schools (HEC, ESSEC) and prestigious French and foreign universities, as well as within well-known companies (IBM, Crédit Lyonnais, Groupe Casino, etc.). This experience enriches our expertise and enables us to provide a pragmatic response, bearing in mind the economic and social objectives we are pursuing. Our lawyers also have extensive international experience (New York bar, extended experience abroad, etc.).
