BG2V advised the Samsic group on the sale of its subsidiary Abskill, a vocational training organization, to the Aftral group, a major player in training for the transport, logistics and safety professions.
This transaction is part of the Samsic Group’s “Horizon 2030” strategic plan, which involves refocusing its activities on its traditional multi-service divisions.
The team comprised partner Hervé de Kervasdoué, associates Constance Tardieu and Jade Houzé.
