BG2V is pleased to have advised Logicor, a leading European logistics real estate owner, manager and developer, on the sale of two logistics platforms located in France to EQT Real Estate.
The transaction forms part of a pan-European deal involving a portfolio of 14 logistics assets, with a total value of €532 million.
