BG2V advises PepsiCo France on its move to a 56.000 m² logistics platform in Dourges.
PepsiCo France has announced that it will be moving into a new logistics platform in Dourges, Hauts-de-France, by the end of 2025. This 136.000 m² site, 56.000 m² of which will be dedicated to PepsiCo products, aims to support the growth of its flagship brands such as Lay’s, Quaker, Benenuts and Doritos.
PepsiCo France was assisted in this transaction by BG2V (Quentin Leroux, Partner, and Aurélien Brégou, Associate) for the negotiation of the lease in future state of completion.
