BG2V advised GLS France, the French subsidiary of the GLS Group, one of Europe’s leading parcel delivery providers, in connection with the acquisition of the Relais Colis brand and its network of approximately 7,000 pickup points, following the judicial reorganization proceedings initiated with respect to Relais Colis.
