Acquisition and disposal of real estate assets: we assist you in the acquisition and disposal of individual assets or portfolios of assets, as well as shares in property companies, including sale and leaseback transactions.
Acquisition of equity interests: We facilitate the acquisition of equity interests in property companies, enabling you to broaden your investment horizons.
Creation of partnerships (joint ventures): We structure and negotiate strategic partnerships, maximising synergies and growth opportunities.
Construction and development projects: we manage all aspects of your construction and development projects, helping you to draw up and negotiate all types of contract (sale and leaseback contracts, property development contracts, works contracts, delegated project management, project management assistance, etc.).
Property Asset Management: We offer proactive management of your property assets, on both the owner and user sides, including auditing, negotiating and drafting all types of leases (commercial, civil, professional), as well as marketing and sales mandates.
Financing and Refinancing (borrower side): We structure and negotiate financing and refinancing solutions (on the borrower’s side) for the acquisition of real estate assets or as part of construction and development operations.
