It was announced and expected, after several weeks of negotiation, the National Interprofessional Agreement (ANI) for a successful implementation of telework, has been concluded by the social partners.

Open for signature by trade unions and employers’ organizations until December 23, 2020, the ANI should be signed by Medef, CPME and U2P (for the employers’ organizations) and by CFDT, CFE-CGC and CGT-FO (for the employees’ organizations), all of them having issued a favorable opinion. Only the CGT has indicated that it will not sign this agreement.
