Marie Content, a partner at BG2V Avocats, was a guest on BFM Business yesterday, on a panel with Lorraine Goumot and Sandra Gandoin, to discuss gender equality in companies.
This was an opportunity to review the effectiveness of the professional equality index and to discuss ways to improve it, which would give an even more accurate picture of the situation in companies.
Marie Content was also able to detail the contribution of the Rixain law, which completes the index by introducing new obligations for companies with more than 1,000 employees, which will have to respect quotas of 30% in 2026 and 40% in 2029 of women among the management bodies.
