BG2V’s real estate department, headed by Quentin Leroux, assists institutional investors (listed and unlisted real estate companies, OPCIs, insurance companies), investment funds, family offices, financial institutions, real estate developers and users with complex real estate transactions:
Acquisition and disposal of real estate assets (individual assets or portfolio of assets) or of shares in companies with a majority of real estate assets, sale and leaseback; (correct term?)
Acquisition of stakes in real estate companies, joint ventures;
Development operations (VEFA, property development contracts, project management assistance contracts, delegated project management);
Financing and refinancing (borrower’s side).
BG2V is also involved in asset management (asset and property management, marketing mandates, sales mandates, etc.) and regularly assists owners and users in their rental relations (drafting and negotiating leases, transfer deeds, rent setting actions, etc.).
The real estate department works in synergy with all of the firm’s departments, in particular with the Tax, Litigation and Corporate departments.
At BG2V, Quentin LEROUX assists major real estate investors and developers in investment transactions and asset management matters. He assisted Sciences Po in the acquisition and rehabilitation of a building in Paris, the school’s future campus. He has also been involved in transactions involving logistic assets and has advised several asset managers on the negotiation
