BG2V, with Stanislas RICHOILLEZ and Mathilde SPAGNOL, advised Top Chrono, a Paris-based fast delivery specialist with a turnover of €70 million, in its acquisition of the start-up Deliver.ee, a platform for managing home delivery from stores.
