BG2V’s Employment Law Department practices employment and social security law, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
Our lawyers in the Employment Law Department assist their clients with the day-to-day management of individual work relationships, including: the drafting of employment agreements, compensation policies, cessation of employment agreements, the status of top executives.
They also advise their clients on all issues involved in collective work relationships, including: management of relationships with staff representative institutions, organization of work time, implementation and management of employee savings plans, negotiation and implementation of job protection plans, assistance with company restructuring and reorganizations.
The firm assists its clients with employee secondments and expatriations.
In close cooperation with the Corporate Department, BG2V’s Employment Law team also assists clients with all employment law aspects of M&A transactions (audits, management of the procedures for providing information to and consulting with staff representative institutions, etc.).
In litigation, BG2V assists and represents its clients before the various civil, labor and administrative courts.
