Léa advises clients on employment law matters, both as counsel and in litigation. She advises the firm’s clients on all matters relating to labor law and social protection. She participates in the drafting of various documents (employment contracts in particular) and also assists clients in the management of pre-litigation and litigation (dismissal, contractual termination, settlement).
