Our employment law team operates in the fields of labor law and social security law. Our lawyers are recognised experts in the day-to-day management of individual labor relations as well as in all matters relating to collective labor relations, both in terms of advice and litigation (civil, social and administrative jurisdictions).

For individual labor relations, BG2V assists you in drafting employment contracts, remuneration policies, termination of employment contracts, and the status of managers (?). In regard to collective labor relations, BG2V advises on managing relations with staff representative bodies, organizing working hours, setting up job protection plans, assisting with restructuring and reorganization of your companies, etc.

BG2V’s Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity and Employment Law departments work together to support M&A operations in all aspects of employment law (auditing, management of information and consultation procedures with employee representative bodies, etc.).
